Who has GolfHandicap been designed for?

GolfHandicap was designed so that one person can maintain his and his friends handicaps.  It is an alternative to joining an expensive club just so you and your friends can have handicaps for individual and team completions. 

Even individuals who already have their handicaps maintained at a club will find the handicap trend helpful.  A trend goes through the standard handicap computations except it includes the current month's scores in the computation.
